You know that feeling when you love someone so much that it’s almost not enough to be near him, even if you are pressed against each other, on top of each other, inside each other, because even that is not close enough, you need to be closer and closer still, so close that you can feel his pulse inside your own, so close that if he cuts himself you bleed, so close that the lines between where you end and he begins are beautifully blurred, and you want this so much that you would open yourself up from throat to belly button and pull aside the skin flaps and bring him inside your cardiovascular system, into your throbbing veins, into your inflating and deflating lungs, into your raw, trembling, bruise-colored heart?
Well I thought I was the only one who ever felt that way, but then I watched this Purity Ring video and listened to the song a few hundred times and realized I was wrong.
